Damrong Thaklaewpun: AKA: Ke
Ke was born in Pichit, Thailand and has been working in fine dining establishments since he was 19 years old. Ke commenced his career within a number of 4-5* hotel establishments, including the Rama Garden hotel, Bangkok, where his passion for the industry was ignited.
After moving onto the prestigious Shangri La hotel, Bangkok, Ke was offered the head waiter role on Orient Express, where he enjoyed a successful career spanning 11 years until he joined the Art Kitchen as Restaurant Manager in 2004.
Wanchai Saengtrakankit: AKA: Noi
Executive Chef Wanchai “Noi” was lured into the culinary world when his passion for food was recognized at an early age. Noi went on to study the culinary arts under influential leaders at many leading 5* hotels worldwide, such as Marriott, Thailand where he learned to develop his own unique style.
At the age of 25, Noi was appointed Thai food Chef on The Orient Express where he joined up with Ke. Noi joined Ke at the Art Kitchen in 2005 and has since introduced his unique flavours and recipes to the menu.
PORNPIMON SUKSAMRAN: AKA: Ma-Meaw
Ma-Meaw was born in Chanthaburi, Thailand and after graduating from Pattaya Business Administration College, she went onto work at the well-known Hofp Brew House in Chonburi. Moving onward in her career, Ma-Meaw started working as a Restaurant Hostess at the Baron Beach Hotel, where she developed her excellent customer service skills.
In 2009 she moved to England and settled down in Charing, Kent, where she worked in a Thai restaurant. In 2013, Ma-Meaw joined the team at The Art Kitchen in Warwick and now works as our Maitre D.
Patchanont Wetsaphakdee: AKA: Nont
Originally from Rachaburi, Thailand, Chef Nont was lured into the culinary world at the age of 22 and studied the culinary arts under several executive chefs of 5* hotels.
At 26 years old, Nont was appointed as Chef De Partie of Le Royal Meridien, Bangkok and then went on to become second chef of Thai Pavilion in Paris. Patchinont came to Warwick in 2011 and since then has enjoyed introducing new recipes and ingredients to the Art Kitchen repertoire!
